Working for RELEVANT
Our core team currently consists of twelve people, in addition we realize various projects in close cooperation with our freelance consultants. Our team is further supported by working students.
We all work remotely and are located all over Germany. We live a high degree of interactivity. Not a day goes by without a phone call, video call or team chat with at least two colleagues. We meet regularly in different cities as a team or in small groups.
Collaboration and teamwork are key for us. We are passionate about what we do and call ourselves #NerdsOnFire. Not only do we offer psychological diagnostics to our clients, but we also regularly conduct team analyses to help us grow as individuals and as a group.
