New Work employer

In our understanding, participation is part of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Common Good and New Work. That is why RELEVANT has been contributing financially to the costs of childcare since 2022 and is providing inflation compensation.

New logo

Our new corporate identity and logo go live. Because the fingerprint we've grown fond of unfortunately doesn't "work" well on cell phones, we're replacing it with a simpler logo that also expresses the evolution of our service portfolio: We bridge the gap between data (squares) and people (circles) in organizations.

Fourth growth stage

Paul Eisenblätter, Julia Rottwinkel, and Mira Ehrhardt join our team as three fantastic new colleagues, bringing with them a wealth of expertise and energy that will enrich our team. Additionally, we are delighted to see Sarah Weyhenmeyer in her new role with procuratory authority.

Our VIP event meet, eat and greet "Rethinking Leadership with Dr. Robert Hogan" above the rooftops of Munich felt great after a long period of social distancing.


We start the cooperation with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (DACH), THE global umbrella organization for executive search consultancies.

Our event "From Mini-Me to Diversity: Making Resilient HR Decisions with Hogan Assessments" was such a hit at Talent Pro that we continue to offer webinars — both public and in-house.


Partner at RELEVANT

RELEVANT celebrates its fifth anniversary with a visit from Hogan USA. Sarah Weyhenmeyer, who wins over customers like no other, makes them happy and rolls up her sleeves to get involved, becomes a partner at RELEVANT.


Part of the third growth phase is further internationalization and closer cooperation with our neighbors ATC and Summit, with whom we cover the largest market economies in Europe. Next year we will represent Hogan Assessments in Paris at the huge HR tech conference Unleash.

Third growth stage

RELEVANT cracks the revenue threshold of EUR 1,500,000 for the first time, ignites the third growth stage and hires three more colleagues. The psychologist Niels Frommeyer, M.Sc. will be responsible for the area of digital assessments. Next year, two more colleagues will join the team. Simone Jagniaszek will take over responsibility for the area of consulting.


Foundation of the LLC

The sole proprietorship is converted into a limited liability company. Dr. Rene Kusch becomes managing director. For professionalization, RELEVANT switches to the tax consultancy NAT AG, is represented by the partnership Ebner & Stolz in legal matters and introduces a new CRM.

Hybrid operating model

Based on the experience with Covid-19, RELEVANT is switching to a hybrid operating model: Employees are free to choose their first residence in Germany. The team meets regularly at conferences, with customers and in Düsseldorf.

Advanced Hogan Certification

RELEVANT is one of the first distributors worldwide to launch Advanced Hogan Certification workshops.


Sponsor of ICF Germany PRISM Award

RELEVANT starts sponsoring the PRISM Award of ICF Germany. This award for particularly high-quality coaching programs goes to CMS, Adidas, Vodafone, VW, SAP, and Bosch in the following years.

Distribution LVI

RELEVANT launches distribution of the Leadership Versatility Index, a 360° process for experienced managers and expands collaboration with other distributors.

Jam Session by RELEVANT

Together with Odgers Berndtson, RELEVANT hosts the Jam Session "New Leadership? Authentic in turbulent times" with speakers such as Dr. Robert Hogan and Scott Gregory (President and CEO Hogan Assessments) and HR professionals and CEOs from Vodafone, Daimler, CMS, Beiersdorf and Fondsdepot Bank.


Business Areas

The three business areas are digital assessments, Hogan Assessments certifications and consulting along the employee lifecycle, including team development and talent analytics.

Distribution Hogan Assessments

Due to the positive feedback from the market and the good cooperation with Hogan, RELEVANT becomes an authorized distributor of Hogan Assessments in Germany.

Second growth stage

RELEVANT starts the second growth stage after the two founding years and advertises three additional consultant positions, which will be filled in 2019. Business psychologist Jana Fischer, M.Sc., will be responsible for the entire area of certifications.



Sarah Weyhenmeyer, bank clerk with a B.Sc., joins the company and is responsible for client relations. RELEVANT is supported by several freelance consultants, interns, and working students.

Hogan Coaching Network

Dr. Rene Kusch becomes a member of the exclusive Hogan Coaching Network, which jointly implements global development projects.

Dr. Rene Kusch publishes and (co-)publishes regularly, including at the GWPs symposium (2016): "Collaboration between Chinese and Germans: Success through the use of personality assessments", in Wirtschaftspychologie aktuell (2017): "Managers in the Driver's Seat: How Self-Directed Development Works" and in Business Psychology (2019): "Our Perspective on New Leadership: How Charismatic Leaders Can Develop Humility." or at the E-ATP symposium (2021): "When Artificial Intelligence Meets Personality Assessment in Leadership Recruitment."



Dr. Rene Kusch founds RELEVANT Managemenberatung with headquarters on Königsallee in Düsseldorf. The federal government supports the foundation with EUR 13,000.

Hogan Assessments

As an official partner of Hogan Assessments, RELEVANT supports corporations and consultants in (global) development programs together with two freelance consultants and an office staff.
