One of Hogan’s three cognitive assessments, the Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI), measures key components of critical thinking in a business context and provides insight into an individual’s problem-solving approach. It was developed to assess entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making skills in a fair, differentiated, and robust manner.

The Hogan 360 is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to develop leaders at all levels of an organization. Hogan High Potential 360 Web Course

This course introduces you to the Hogan High Potential 360 Report (HiPo 360), an extension of the classic Hogan 360° reporting option. The HiPo 360 Report combines established Hogan 360 items with specific scales addressing Hogan’s high-potential competencies, enabling a differentiated view of personality, behavior, and leadership potential.

The report is based on the Hogan High Potential Model and measures behavior across three core dimensions: Leadership Foundations, Leadership Emergence, and Leadership Effectiveness. Leader Focus Overview Training

The Leader Focus Overview Training provides a solid understanding of the Leader Focus report option and its application in development processes.
The Leader Focus Report examines six core leadership dimensions that influence where leaders place their focus, how they are perceived by others, and how they manage themselves, their careers, and their relationships. The objective is to make one’s own leadership brand visible and to apply targeted development impulses in order to lead more effectively.
The results for the dimensions of results, people, process, social, data and thought leadership are divided into three sections and include graphical overviews of all leadership dimensions as well as an executive summary.
