Nele Mina Degraeve is a psychologist specializing in work and organizational psychology, as well as a systemic coach. She gained her first practical experience in employee and leadership development, occupational health, and in supporting transformations toward agile ways of working. Her particular interest lies in the question of how individual and organizational development can be shaped sustainably. Thanks to her analytical thinking and strong empathy, Nele is able to grasp complex topics and further develop well-founded solution approaches.
