Continued Learning? By what means?

Under the aspect of Continued Learning we combine both free and fee-based learning formats around Hogan Assessments as well as the LVI for our customers, active partners and Hogan users, for whom a high quality standard of their work is important. We also offer webinars and training on specific topics.

Hogan Dojo

The Hogan Dojo is our virtual space for delving into the foundations of the Hogan personality diagnostic. The term "Dojo" refers to a training hall for Japanese martial arts, where techniques are perfected. In our Hogan Dojos, participants engage in interactive small groups to practice the interpretation of Hogan profiles together. We focus on the collaborative analysis of particularly challenging profiles, aiming to make informed decisions in the realm of personnel selection and development. The objective is to enhance and apply the understanding of Hogan Assessments.

Target audience

Our Hogan Dojos are ideally suited for clients who have obtained their Hogan certification within the last eighteen months and wish to refresh their foundational knowledge and practice interpretations.

Experienced Hogan users are encouraged to attend a Hogan Advanced certification workshop to practice, deepen, and further professionalize their use of Hogan Assessments.

Dates

Hogan Dojos are part of the service package offered with Hogan certifications by RELEVANT and are scheduled to take place on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Certified participants will be informed about their participation via email. Alternatively, inquiries about participation opportunities can be made through our website or directly with your RELEVANT contact person.

Hogan Black Belt Club

Discover our interactive, small-group format designed for experienced Hogan Assessment practitioners. Dive deep into interpreting and debriefing even the most challenging Hogan profiles, tackling both detailed subscale analyses and intricate scale interplays. Led by our Managing Director and one of the leading Hogan experts, Dr. René Kusch, the Hogan Black Belt Club offers a unique opportunity to share perspectives with fellow Hogan enthusiasts and broaden your professional network.

Target audience

The Hogan Black Belt Club is specially curated for advanced users of the Hogan Assessment Suite. Participation is open only to holders of the Hogan Advanced Interpretation Certification.

Personal Training with RELEVANT

Our Personal Training with RELEVANT is a one-hour, virtual 1:1 session with one of our experts in personality diagnostics. This unique format allows you to specifically enhance your understanding of one or more Hogan or LVI profiles, whether those you've prepared in advance or those we analyze and interpret together.

During your session with the expert, you are encouraged to pose both general and specific questions. This could include inquiries about seemingly contradictory dimensions or how to approach subscales. Gain from practical tips and work collaboratively to devise an optimal feedback strategy for your candidates, aimed at sharpening decision-making clarity and development processes.

Target audience

This training is designed for professionals using Hogan or LVI assessments who prioritize regular quality review and reflection on their methodology to ensure the best results for their clients.

Hogan Refresher

Our Hogan Refresher is a webinar format specially tailored to the needs of Hogan-certified professionals who wish to refresh their Hogan knowledge. This program picks up selected content from the certification process. Conducted in intimate group settings, this session ensures a hands-on experience, allowing participants to actively revisit and apply the concepts learned. The focus is always on reactivating existing knowledge and the immediate applicability of working with Hogan.

By default, it is scheduled across two half-days, but we can customize the content and format as needed upon agreement.

Target audience

This webinar is intended for certified individuals who have not engaged with Hogan tools for an extended period and require a practical reactivation for interpreting and debriefing Hogan results. For those seeking a more comprehensive review of the content, participation in a Hogan Certification Workshop may be more suitable.
